  28. To install FaxNow! Server
  29.  
  30. 1. Insert the FaxNow! CD into the computers CD-ROM drive.
  31.  
  32. 2. If the FaxNow! installer does not start automatically then it can
  33. be started by running the LAUNCH.EXE program in root directory of the FaxNow! CD.
  34.  
  35. 3. Click the Install FaxNow! option, the FaxNow! installation
  36. procedure will then guide you through the rest of the installation procedure.

  39. Once the FaxNow! server is installed the FaxNow! User Admin application
  40. should be used to add FaxNow! users, this needs to be completed before it is possible
  41. to install a FaxNow! Client.

  43. To install a FaxNow! Client
  44.  
  45. 1. From the Client PC use Explorer to either map a network drive or browse to the FaxNow! Programs directory used during the installation.
  46.  
  47. 2. Run the SETUP.EXE program. The FaxNow! Client installation will then guide you through
  48. the rest of the installation.

  50. If more detailed information is required on the installation procedure please refer to the 
  51. FaxNow! Quick Start Guide and Manual which can be found on the CD using the CD Browser.

  62. This may seem a little obvious but you'd be surprised how many users are 
  63. not used to reading. The Books On Line and have been written in plain 
  64. English so we hope you'll find it easy to read and informative.

  66. Context Sensitive Help 
  67. Virtually everything you need to know is provided in a context sensitive 
  68. help file available with your software.  Simply press F1 on an item and
  69. receive instant help.

  72. For the latest product information, press, reviews and support information 
  73. visit http://www.RedRock.co.uk. You'll find the latest tips and troubleshooting 
  74. information that will help you to solve your issue. Even if you cant find 
  75. the answer you're looking for, you can email the RedRock 
  76. helpdesk directly and know that they will have your message within seconds.

  79. You can email RedRock helpdesk directly from the FaxNow! 
  80. web site or your can send a message directly from your own email system 
  81. to info@redrock.co.uk.  Your  message will be sent directly to someone 
  82. who can help you, but please allow a little time for us to answer your 
  83. question. As a guide, we will try to reply to issues within an hour of 
  84. receipt (between 9am - 5pm UK standard time).

  87. You can fax the RedRock helpdesk directly by Fax. Faxes are 
  88. forwarded directly to the helpdesk administrator on receipt via our 
  89. network email system. Like email, we will try to reply to all faxes within 
  90. an hour of receipt (between 9am - 5pm UK standard time).

  92. Telephone
  93. FaxNow! telephone support is available to FaxNow! 
  94. registered users only.  Registered users can call the helpdesk for help 
  95. with their issue if they cannot find an answer in one of the methods 
  96. listed above.

  98. We will endeavor to assist you with your issue, however, during busy periods 
  99. you may be asked to hold or leave details of your issue with a helpdesk 
  100. administrator. Calls and other issues raised by any of the methods above will 
  101. be dealt with in the order they are received. Premium support customers will 
  102. be given priority in all circumstances.
